Cubitt Town Gas Safety Certificates

Before properties can receive their Cubitt Town Gas Safety Certificates, they must be successful in a range of assessments for gas leaks, installation flaws, ventilation issues, signs of inappropriate use, standing and operational pressures and flue effectiveness. At PGS, we charge 90 for Cubitt Town Gas Safety Certificates which cover up to two appliances, and 25 for each extra certificate you purchase from your Gas Safe endorsed technician. If any repairs or exchanges are called for before we can issue the certificates, these will be priced alongside the other costs.

UK law dictates that properties which are leased must be gas safety checked annually by a Gas Safe authorised technician. With PGS, our Gas Safe authorised plumbers can complete these inspections in addition to being able to award Cubitt Town Gas Safety Certificates accordingly, to landlords.
