Arkley Gas Safety Certificates

Landlords cannot obtain Arkley Gas Safety Certificates for their properties until specific safety tests are completed, and the results are of an acceptable standard to your plumber. The tenant should then be issued with a copy of the certificate within 28 days and the landlord should store a copy for two years.

To be eligible for Arkley Gas Safety Certificates, rented properties must undergo a range of inspections.
