Eastcote Gas Safety Certificates

PGS’s reminder service is designed to make sure landlords and agents stay on track with their next gas safety inspection and Eastcote Gas Safety Certificates update. By keeping track on when these checks next need to be completed, it is easy for you to make sure all your properties are always safety certified.

Your PGS Gas Safe qualified professional can provide Eastcote Gas Safety Certificates for up to two gas appliances for £75. If additional certificates are required these can be purchased for £20 each, and any necessary repairs undertaken in order to qualify for a certificate will be priced independently.

If your rental agent arranges for a Gas Safe authorised specialist to assess your property, and supply Eastcote Gas Safety Certificates, this should be stated in your contract with the agent. The Health and Safety Executive also advises you to request copies of all maintenance information so that you can be confident your property is safe and law abiding.

Buildings that contain a gas supply and appliances in which certain rooms are rented out require Eastcote Gas Safety Certificates, even if there is no gas supply in the rented rooms. To make sure you have the right certification in place, you should contact PGS for confirmation.

Although CORGI still exists as a membership organisation, the Gas Safe Register is now the professional register that any individual that works with gas must be on. All of PGS’s engineers are Gas Safe registered, and so are able to carry out the necessary checks for landlords and issue Eastcote Gas Safety Certificates.
