To obtain Addlestone Gas Safety Certificates, rented housing must first successfully make the grade during numerous appraisals, which can be performed by a PGS technician. These appraisals include an assessment of how the appliances are fitted, whether there are any leaks, how well ventilated gas equipment is and pressure levels during operation.

Anyone working with gas now has to be registered with Gas Safe, rather than CORGI. PGS’s Gas Safe authorised specialists have all the necessary qualifications to work with landlords and letting agents on their rental properties, which means we can undertake all the required safety assessments and thereby also issue Addlestone Gas Safety Certificates.

With PGS, Addlestone Gas Safety Certificates for one or two appliances cost 90, and our Gas Safe accredited plumbers can provide supplementary certificates for 25 per appliance. Any maintenance work undertaken before the certificates can be provided is charged separately and in addition to the cost of the certificates.
