Langley Vale Gas Safety Certificates
PGS plumbers sometimes find that extra maintenance work needs to be carried out in advance of issuing the Langley Vale Gas Safety Certificates for a rental dwelling. However, because our plumbers typically complete this work together with the gas safety evaluation, you save money on another call-out.
For landlords and rental agents, remembering when your Langley Vale Gas Safety Certificates need renewing and your annual checks must be carried out can be a headache. PGS can keep track of this on your behalf; we offer the landlords and agents that we work with an annual reminder service.
For up to two gas appliances, Langley Vale Gas Safe Certificates are priced at £75, and our PGS Gas Safe approved engineers can supply additional certificates at the price of £20 each. Any supplementary services required to issue the certificates will be priced separately.
In order to qualify for Langley Vale Gas Safety Certificates, rental accommodation must undergo a range of tests, including those for leaks, installation faults, aeration issues, evidence of misuse and flue efficiency. All these essential tests can be completed by a PGS qualified plumber to ensure the effective working order of your gas equipment.
Landlords must make sure their properties with a gas supply are assessed by a Gas Safe plumber once every 12 months, to meet their legal responsibilities. PGS can supply a Gas Safe registered plumber to complete the required assessments and provide Langley Vale Gas Safety Certificates to landlords and rental agents.
