Haringay Gas Safety Certificates

Before Haringay Gas Safety Certificates can be supplied, rental dwellings must first be examined successfully, and PGS can provide this service. Our engineers will seek out signs of leakage, improper operation, ineffective aeration, combustion output build-up or unsafe appliance pressure, and any other requirements to ensure the property meets the gas safety standard.

Under UK law, landlords are required to have a gas safety check fulfilled in all properties with a gas supply on an annual basis and by a Gas Safe registered technician. At PGS, our technicians are Gas Safe accredited, and can therefore complete these safety checks and award Haringay Gas Safety Certificates.

It can be difficult for landlords and agents to always know when Haringay Gas Safety Certificates need to be updated or if a gas safety check-up is required. If additional certificates are required these can be purchased for 25 each, and any necessary repairs undertaken in order to qualify for a certificate will be priced independently.
