Neasden Gas Safety Certificates

To make sure landlords and letting agents don’t forget to have their Neasden Gas Safety Certificates brought up to date and regular safety inspections conducted, PGS offers a reminder service. This service makes sure you are contacted at the right time to book a new inspection, protecting you from an accidental breach of gas safety regulations.

Landlords that do not have the required Neasden Gas Safety Certificates in place can face significant punishment. For example, your building and contents insurance may be annulled and if your neglect causes a tenant to die of carbon monoxide poisoning, you could be prosecuted.

With PGS, up to two appliances will set you back 90 for the Neasden Gas Safe Certificates, and our Gas Safe trained engineers can also provide certificates for any other equipment at a cost of 25 per item. Any accompanying repair work will be charged in addition to the certificate costs.

In order to qualify for Neasden Gas Safety Certificates, rental accommodation must undergo a range of tests, including those for leaks, installation faults, aeration issues, evidence of misuse and flue efficiency. All these essential tests can be completed by a PGS qualified plumber to ensure the effective working order of your gas equipment.

Gas safety rules can be difficult to interpret, particularly in cases where only certain rooms in a property with a gas supply are let. PGS has a thorough understanding of the gas safety rules and can therefore help you find out whether your property requires Neasden Gas Safety Certificates.
