Brent Cross Gas Safety Certificates

If, as a landlord or property manager, you are unable to supply official Brent Cross Gas Safety Certificates upon request, you may be severely penalised. For example, it is not uncommon for insurance companies to withdraw their cover of uncertified rental accommodation and you could even face a prison sentence for manslaughter if there were to be a fatal accident caused by an unsafe gas supply or appliance.
