As a property owner, if you do not have SE19 Gas Safety Certificates you can be severely punished. These include checks for gas leaks, installation defects, ventilation, evidence of unsafe operation, standing and working pressures and flue flow to ensure the removal of products of combustion.

Your PGS Gas Safe qualified professional can provide SE19 Gas Safety Certificates for up to two gas appliances for 90. If additional certificates are required these can be purchased for 25 each, and any necessary repairs undertaken in order to qualify for a certificate will be priced independently.
