Morden Park Gas Safety Certificates

The cost of Morden Park Gas Safety Certificates for up to two appliances is 90, and your PGS Gas Safe registered engineer can issue certificates for additional appliances for 25 each. Any repairs or replacements that need to be done before the certificates can be issued will be charged on top of this.

Landlords and letting agents who do not have the required Morden Park Gas Safety Certificates can face tough penalties.
