Wallington Gas Safety Certificates

A property will only be provided with the required Wallington Gas Safety Certificates once your plumber has completed the requisite tests, and is satisfied that there are no outstanding issues. Once provided, a copy of the certificate should be passed on to your tenant within 28 days, and you should keep a copy yourself for at least two years.
