Tulse Hill Gas Safety Certificates

Our Gas Safe authorised specialists are able to issue Tulse Hill Gas Safety Certificates for one or two domestic appliances at a cost of 90, with extra certificates each costing 25. If any maintenance work needs to be carried out before we can award the certificates, this will be charged as a separate fee.

To make sure landlords and letting agents don’t forget to have their Tulse Hill Gas Safety Certificates brought up to date and regular safety inspections conducted, PGS offers a reminder service. This service makes sure you are contacted at the right time to book a new inspection, protecting you from an accidental breach of gas safety regulations.

Landlords that do not have the required Tulse Hill Gas Safety Certificates in place can face significant punishment. For example, your building and contents insurance may be annulled and if your neglect causes a tenant to die of carbon monoxide poisoning, you could be prosecuted.

Landlords are legally required to have all rented dwellings with a gas supply inspected by a Gas Safe specialist every 12 months. PGS can provide a Gas Safe certified specialist to undertake these inspections and supply Tulse Hill Gas Safety Certificates as needed.

Before Tulse Hill Gas Safety Certificates can be supplied, rental dwellings must first be examined successfully, and PGS can provide this service. Our engineers will seek out signs of leakage, improper operation, ineffective aeration, combustion output build-up or unsafe appliance pressure, and any other requirements to ensure the property meets the gas safety standard.
