SW6 Gas Safety Certificates

We know that landlords and letting agents can sometimes lose track of when their SW6 Gas Safety Certificates need completing again, or when the next safety test is required. As a result PGS has developed a service whereby landlords and letting agents are notified in a timely manner to book their next visit.

In order to qualify for SW6 Gas Safety Certificates, rental accommodation must undergo a range of tests, including those for leaks, installation faults, aeration issues, evidence of misuse and flue efficiency. All these essential tests can be completed by a PGS qualified plumber to ensure the effective working order of your gas equipment.

If you want to double check whether or not a particular rented room within a building needs SW6 Gas Safety Certificates, PGS can help. Our Gas Safe approved engineers have a detailed understanding of gas safety rules, and will be able to tell you whether or not you need certification.

In order to work with domestic gas supplies and appliances in the UK, plumbers must now be on the Gas Safe Register, regardless of the continued existence of CORGI. So that PGS can work with landlords and letting agents to supply SW6 Gas Safety Certificates, all of our plumbers are Gas Safe accredited.

The cost of SW6 Gas Safety Certificates for up to two appliances is 90, and your PGS Gas Safe registered engineer can issue certificates for additional appliances for 25 each. Any repairs or replacements that need to be done before the certificates can be issued will be charged on top of this.
