Denham Gas Safety Certificates

The cost of Denham Gas Safety Certificates for up to two appliances is £75, and your PGS Gas Safe registered engineer can issue certificates for additional appliances for £20 each. Any repairs or replacements that need to be done before the certificates can be issued will be charged on top of this.

UK regulations require that rented accommodation must have a gas safety check undertaken at least once a year by a Gas Safe accredited plumber. At PGS, all our plumbers are Gas Safe accredited and can provide the necessary checks and required Denham Gas Safety Certificates to property owners.
