When a PGS technician goes to a rented dwelling to undertake a gas safety inspection, certain repairs may need to be completed before Hampton Court Gas Safety Certificates can be awarded. Typically, this can be done at the same time as the inspection, often reducing the price.

Landlords and letting agents who do not have the required Hampton Court Gas Safety Certificates can face tough penalties.
